The operations of our police stations in your place of residence are coordinated centrally by our control center at the command and situation service in Herford. Our aim is to be at the scene of the incident quickly so that you receive help as quickly as possible. We are called out over 32,000 times a year. We therefore ask for your understanding that we may have to deal with call-outs in order of urgency. However, we are constantly working to reduce the time it takes for the police to arrive at the scene.
