Please contact the firearms authority officers by telephone before visiting the office in person. There are usually alternative ways to deal with your request. This will help you and us to shorten processing times. Thank you for your understanding.

Please understand that administrative fees are charged in some processing cases. The issue of a small firearms license, for example, is subject to a fee of 90 euros.
