(hd) Today (20.06.2025), previously unknown perpetrators broke into a tobacco store in Kirchlengern in the early hours of the morning. The perpetrators damaged a shop window of the building located on the street In der Mark at 03:20 and forced their way in. The force used on the window caused at least three-digit damage. Tobacco products were stolen from the sales rooms. The value of these items cannot yet be estimated. The criminal investigation department has taken over the investigation. Witnesses who saw anything conspicuous this morning and can provide information about the break-in are asked to call 05221 / 888-0.
