(hd) On Wednesday (25.12.2024), a traffic accident occurred on Bünder Straße in Hiddenhausen in which one person was injured. At around 8:20 p.m., a 19-year-old man was driving his VW Golf on Bünder Straße in the direction of Herford. Due to carelessness, he noticed too late that a BMW in front of him had to stop for traffic reasons near the highway junction. Despite emergency braking, a rear-end collision occurred. A 17-year-old girl, who was a passenger in the VW Golf, was slightly injured in the collision. Both vehicles sustained considerable damage. The total damage is estimated to be at least 13,000 euros.
