Collision at the junction

(jd) A traffic accident occurred on Hansastrasse at 6.15 p.m. on Friday evening (10.1.). A 33-year-old woman from Löhn was driving her Porsche from the direction of Muckum. At the same time, a 51-year-old man from Bad Oeynhausen was driving his Opel on Hansastraße coming from Osnabrücker Straße. At a junction, when the 33-year-old woman tried to enter the junction, she collided with the 51-year-old man's Opel, which had right of way. The man from Bad Oeynhausen was slightly injured by the force of the collision and was taken to a nearby hospital by an ambulance. After outpatient treatment, he was able to leave the hospital. The junction area remained closed for the duration of the accident investigation. Property damage in the five-figure range was caused.
