Collision at the junction

(jd) A traffic accident occurred on Detmolder Straße at 7.20 a.m. yesterday (30.06.). A 24-year-old woman from Lemgo was driving her Ford in the direction of Bad Oeynhausen. At the same time, an 18-year-old woman from Vlotho was driving her Seat on Mowenbusch road and intended to turn left at the junction with Detmolder Straße. While the 18-year-old was driving onto Detmolder Straße, the 24-year-old woman from Lemgo, who had the right of way, passed the junction and a collision occurred. Both women were injured by the force of the collision and required medical treatment. The woman from Vlotho was taken to hospital in an ambulance. The vehicles sustained property damage of around 25,000 euros.
