(jd) Over the course of the weekend, previously unknown perpetrators attacked the door of a school in Salzufler Straße. The unknown person or persons apparently targeted a double door at the rear of the building, causing the outer pane of the double glazing to be completely cracked. The property damage is in the three-digit range. The crime was committed between Friday evening and Monday (10.3.), 6.30 am. Witnesses who saw anything conspicuous in the Salzufler Straße area during this period are asked to contact the Herford police on 05221/8880.
