Drunk driving

(jd) On Saturday (14.12.) at around 12.53 p.m., a woman from Spenger was driving her car on Bünder Straße in the direction of Bünde. There she noticed a Subaru driving conspicuously in serpentine lines and crossing into the oncoming lane several times. The witness informed the police. The officers came across the vehicle in a parking lot. The driver, a 54-year-old man from Spenger, showed clear signs of alcohol consumption, which was confirmed by a voluntary breath test. He was taken to the Bünde police station to have a blood sample taken. The officers confiscated the man's driver's license, who was released after police measures were completed on site.
