(hd) On Thursday (30.01.2025) at around 14:00, a teenager reported the theft of her e-scooter. She had previously parked it at a cinema on Elisabethstraße in Herford and secured it with a combination lock. The analysis of video recordings quickly led to a suspect. This suspect was found during a police search. The 41-year-old is now facing criminal proceedings. The stolen e-scooter will be handed over to the owner.
