Negligent bodily injury in a traffic accident

(jd) On Tuesday (13.5.) at around 12.15 p.m., a parcel delivery driver was behind his delivery vehicle with a trolley. The 47-year-old man from Herford had parked it on Schwarzenmoorstraße. A 77-year-old woman from Herford intended to drive past the vehicle in her Toyota. In doing so, however, she touched the trolley, causing it to collide with the Herford man. The force of the impact caused him to hit his vehicle. The man was slightly injured by the collision and required medical treatment. There was no material damage to the cars.
