(um) On Tuesday night (03.09.), unknown perpetrators managed to steal a permanently connected Raymon TrailRay pedelec worth around €2000. The electric bike had been parked in a cellar on Akazienweg. The owner had secured it to a railing there. After he wanted to ride the pedelec in the morning, he discovered the serious theft. The bike is blue and orange and was secured against theft by the owner with a high-quality folding lock. In addition to good locks, the police also recommend securing the bike at a suitable height so that its own weight cannot be used to lever it.
