Pedestrian injured in accident

(jd) A 33-year-old woman from Bad Salzuflen was walking along Elverdisser Straße at around 7.30 p.m. on Thursday (12.12.). From there she went into the street "Auf der Helle". A cyclist came towards her from there and touched the woman. She then fell to the ground and was slightly injured. The cyclist continued his journey in the direction of Elverdissen without fulfilling his obligations as a party to an accident. The Herford police traffic commissioner's office is asking the unknown cyclist or witnesses who can provide information about the incident to contact them on 05221/8880.
