Rear-end collision

(jd) A 56-year-old man from Herford was driving his Toyota on Osnabrücker Straße in the direction of Bünde on Sunday (2 February). At the junction with Sunderbachstraße, he had to brake his vehicle due to traffic. However, a 28-year-old woman from Bünde driving directly behind him did not manage to brake her VW in time and hit the Toyota. The 56-year-old man, his 46-year-old passenger and a 4-year-old child were slightly injured by the force of the collision. All three were taken to nearby hospitals by ambulance. The property damage is in the four-digit range.
