(hd) A traffic accident occurred on Thursday (28.08.2025) in which a 15-year-old moped rider was slightly injured. The two-wheeler rider was driving along Ortsieker Weg in Herford at 12.35 p.m., coming from Mindener Straße in the direction of Bismarckstraße. Due to carelessness, he veered onto the left-hand side of the road and collided with a car that was waiting in traffic. The 15-year-old suffered minor injuries and had to be treated by the emergency services. Property damage was caused to both vehicles involved in the accident. These are estimated to be at least 1000 euros.
