Traffic accident when turning

(jd) A traffic accident occurred on Mindener Straße at 8.25 a.m. on Wednesday (22.1.). A 34-year-old woman from Kalletal was driving her Seat in the direction of Minden. At the junction with Am Sichtepöhl road, she had to slow her vehicle down for traffic reasons, as a 48-year-old woman from Petershagen driving in front of her wanted to turn off in her Audi. Behind the Seat was a 23-year-old woman from Vlotho in her Opel, who was unable to brake her car in time. The Opel hit the Audi, which in turn was pushed into the Seat. The 34-year-old woman was given medical treatment at the scene by the crew of an ambulance that had been called, while the 48-year-old woman had to be taken to hospital by ambulance. Overall, property damage in the four-digit range was caused.
