(hd) On Thursday (19.12.2024), a traffic accident occurred in the parking lot of an indoor playground on Kiebitzstraße in Herford. Between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., a previously unknown driver damaged a blue Opel Agila while backing out of a parking space. The damage caused is estimated to be at least 700 euros. The person responsible for the accident inspected the damage, but then left the scene of the accident without settling the claim. The fugitive used a blue Opel Corsa, presumably with a license plate from the Herford district. The Herford police traffic commissioner's office has taken over the investigation and is appealing for information. Possible witnesses can call 05221 / 888-0.
