(hd) In the night from Monday (07.07.20225) to Tuesday (08.07.2025), previously unknown perpetrators forcibly opened a BMW 430 XDrive parked at Amselplatz in Herford by breaking a side window. Inside the vehicle, they removed the steering wheel, the navigation system and parts of the on-board computer. These vehicle parts were stolen. The damage caused is estimated to be at least 7000 euros. The criminal investigation department has taken over the investigation. Witnesses who can provide information about this crime are asked to call 05221 / 888-0.
